1. 1. How do I upload my out-of-province certificates/records?

Currently, users are not able to upload out-of-province certificates or prerequisite records directly to their user transcript. However, the AFCP team is actively working to implement this feature. Once it becomes available, all users will be notified through an official announcement.

     2. Why is my certificate or seal number not available on my user transcript? 

To obtain an official certificate and seal number for an NFPA standard, students must complete all certification requirements and submit an application to ma.cert@gov.ab.ca. For detailed information on certification requirements and the application process, please visit our website: Fire rescue certification – Forms and resources.

If you have already met all certification requirements and submitted your application but do not see your certificate or seal number reflected on your transcript, please contact us at ma.cert@gov.ab.ca for assistance.

Please Note: If you completed a certification prior to 2018, your certificate and seal number may not be available in our system. Before 2018, all certificates were issued in physical form and mailed directly to the candidate. AFCP does not retain digital copies of these records. If you require a copy, please contact IFSAC or ProBoard directly.
